What Happens During a TGI Session? What Can I Expect?
TGI is as easy as sitting back in a chair, slipping on headphones and special L.E.D. glasses and listening to calming tones and relaxing music, as encouraging words fill your mind. The relaxation from the light and sound will enhance your TGI experience and invite a higher degree of Alpha/Theta brainwave activity.
The light and sound pulse rate shifts from wide-awake Beta (fully alert) to a dreaming drowsy state of Alpha/Theta (state of meditation) as the session progresses. Your brainwave activity will follow the pulse rate and fall into synch with the changes. At the same time, your unconscious mind learns to rehearse the changes or improvements you desire.
